Developing comprehensive project scopes and preparing and issuing RFQs/RFPs tailored to the appropriate project delivery method. Oversee the selection of project teams and collaboration with specialty vendors to ensure the right partners are engaged early for optimal project outcomes. Performing detailed constructability reviews, preliminary cost analyses, and value engineering (VE) assessments to maintain alignment with the defined project scope, schedule, and budget.
Project Management

Closeout & Warranty
Performing detailed review of closeout documentation for accuracy, conformity, and completeness. Overseeing punch list completion and necessary training sessions. Facilitating warranty inspections prior to the expiration of workmanship warranties. Partnering with the property maintenance team to track and manage warranty requests. Ensuring the maintenance team receives complete product warranty information to support long-term building performance and operational success. Providing expertise on industry standards and acceptable levels of conformance.
